Send us your headlights or bring them in person. We will carefully carry out the work you require and send the headlights back to you once they are finished.

Opening and resealing your headlights is included in the price. We open the headlights as gently as possible and then seal them reliably and durably with our special sealant.

Choose the finish of the inlays to suit your taste! Whether matte or glossy black - the choice is yours. If you want a special color or an individual design, select the "desired color" option. Contact us in advance if you have special requests so that we can ensure that the result is exactly what you want.

Headlight lens reconditioning, also known as "headlight restoration," involves cleaning, sanding and sealing the outer surface of the headlight lenses to make them clear and look like new again. Here's the process in detail:

1. Cleaning: The headlights are thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, dust and debris that has accumulated on the surface.

2. Sanding: The top, yellowed or scratched layer of the lens is sanded off in several steps using fine sandpaper. This helps to remove deep scratches and discoloration caused by UV radiation and weather influences.

3. Polishing: After grinding, the surface is polished to make it clear and smooth again. Polishing restores transparency to the lens and restores light transmission.

4. Sealing: Finally, a special sealant or UV protective varnish is applied to protect the lenses from further yellowing, scratches and UV damage. This sealant also ensures that the clear, refurbished appearance is maintained for longer.

Reconditioning the lenses not only improves the optics, but can also improve the light output of the headlight, as a clearer lens lets more light through and thus increases visibility at night.

If you send us your headlights, please ensure that they are packaged securely. If a single box is not enough, pack them in several boxes. If the packaging is inadequate, we reserve the right to only process the return if you pay for repackaging.
